Transparency in Coverage
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Willow Two Capital LLC and its affiliated companies are committed to helping plan participants understand the cost of their health care. This page provides access to information made available under the federal Transparency in Coverage rules.
About the Rules
The Transparency in Coverage rules, issued by the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the Treasury, require group health plans and health insurers to publish machine-readable files. These files show the rates negotiated with in-network providers and the amounts allowed for out-of-network services, so that participants, researchers and the public can compare health care prices.
Our Plans
Where Willow Two or an affiliated company sponsors a group health plan for eligible employees, the plan's insurer or third-party administrator prepares and publishes the required files on the plan's behalf and updates them monthly.
Machine-Readable Files
To receive the current files for a plan sponsored by Willow Two or an affiliated company, contact us and we will provide the link published by that plan's insurer or administrator.
Estimating Your Costs
Plan participants can get personalized out-of-pocket cost estimates for covered services through their insurer's online price comparison tool or by calling the member services number on their insurance card.
Questions
For questions about specific coverage or benefits, contact the member services number on your insurance card. For anything else, email hello@willow2.com or use our contact page.
