These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of willow2.com (the "Site"), operated by Willow Two Capital LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Willow Two," "we," "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about Willow Two and the businesses associated with it. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems; interfere with the Site's operation or security; upload malicious code; or use automated tools to scrape, copy or collect its content.
3. No Offer or Investment Advice
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or any interest in Willow Two or any other company. The Site's content is provided for general information only and is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any investment, partnership or transaction with Willow Two would be made only through separate, signed written agreements.
4. Featured Companies
The companies featured on the Site are owned by, operated by or affiliated with Willow Two's founders and their family. Each is a separate business responsible for its own products, services, policies and obligations. A company's appearance on the Site does not mean Willow Two is responsible for that company's products, services or commitments.
5. Intellectual Property
The Willow Two Capital name, logo, and the text, design and images on the Site are owned by Willow Two or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. The names and logos of featured companies belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create works from Site content without our prior written consent.
6. Submissions
When you contact us or upload a document, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We handle submissions with reasonable care, but unless we have signed a written confidentiality agreement with you, sending us information does not create a confidential relationship or any obligation to respond, invest or partner. Please do not send material non-public information about other companies, or sensitive personal information such as Social Security, financial account or health information.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites operated by others, including featured companies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its information is complete or current.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Two and its members, managers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Willow Two and its members, managers and affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
