Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Willow Two Capital LLC ("Willow Two," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through willow2.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Provide

When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, company, role, the summary you write, and any document you choose to attach. If you email us directly, we collect the information included in your message.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only to operate, secure and improve the Site.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry; evaluate partnership, investment or business opportunities you share with us; communicate with you about that matter; operate, protect and improve the Site; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed: with the leadership of a featured company when your inquiry relates to that company; with service providers that host the Site, process forms, store files or deliver email, who must protect it and use it only on our behalf; with our legal, accounting and financial advisors under duties of confidentiality; with authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and safety; and with a successor in the event of a merger, sale or reorganization.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to function and stay secure. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. Uploaded Documents

Documents you attach are stored with our service providers and are accessible only to the founders and the people helping them review your inquiry. Please do not upload sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or health information.

7. Data Retention

We keep inquiry information and documents for as long as needed to respond and evaluate the opportunity, generally no longer than two years after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or we enter into an ongoing business relationship. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@willow2.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
