As a family holding company, Willow Two Capital aims to build businesses that last for generations. We believe companies run with integrity, care for people and respect for the environment are stronger and more valuable over time. This policy describes how those principles guide the way we start, own and operate our companies.
Our Values
Willow Two is rooted in faith and family. We aim to treat every employee, customer, partner and community with dignity and honesty, and to be good stewards of what has been entrusted to us.
Our Approach
We consider environmental, social and governance factors when we evaluate new opportunities, when we launch new businesses, and as we oversee our existing companies. Our approach is practical and proportionate: we focus on the issues that matter most to each company's size, industry and stage of growth.
Environmental
We encourage our companies to use materials, energy and resources efficiently; reduce waste and recycle where practical; choose responsibly sourced materials; and favor recyclable or reduced packaging when it is commercially viable. We also expect every company to comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Social
We are committed to fair treatment and equal opportunity, with no tolerance for discrimination or harassment. We expect safe and respectful workplaces, fair pay, and compliance with all employment laws. We hold our products and services to high standards of quality and safety, market them honestly, and require clear disclosure of paid partnerships in creator and influencer work. We support the communities where we live and do business.
Governance
We conduct business ethically and in compliance with the law. We prohibit bribery and corruption, expect conflicts of interest to be disclosed and managed, and keep accurate books and records. We protect the personal information entrusted to us with data privacy and security practices suited to each business. Willow Two's founders oversee these practices directly.
Across Our Companies
Each featured company, including Grace Printing, Wagglo, Risen Management, Real Exo Co., willow4 and 4Print, is managed independently and adopts practices suited to its industry and size. The founders review ESG priorities with each company's leadership at least once a year.
