The operator and dealmaker. Shawn built and scaled the family's first business together, a medical supply distribution company serving labs and hospitals, and leads Willow Two's real estate and hospitality investments, structuring deals and running operations across the portfolio.
Co-Founder & Vice President
The creative and growth engine. Stephen founded Risen Management and leads marketing, content creation, talent management, creator e-commerce and branded merchandise, building the brands and audiences behind our companies.

Finance Director
Associate at Chase and Director of Operations for Real Exo Co., bringing banking and hospitality operations experience. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from North Park University.
Supply Chain Director
Leads sourcing, logistics and fulfillment across the portfolio. Previously served as Supply Chain Coordinator and then Supply Chain Manager at Crane and Engie. Holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Illinois Chicago.

More than 10 years of experience in UI/UX and digital design, shaping brand identities, websites and digital products that are clear, modern and built to convert.
