Our Story
In 2021, we started our first business together: medical supply distribution to labs and hospitals. Within its first year it grew to $3–4 million in revenue, and it showed us what we could build side by side.
From there we partnered with others to invest in hotels and commercial real estate, including a value-add commercial building in Chicago that we repositioned with new tenants.
Those partnerships taught us that alignment matters more than anything. Different visions and working styles led our partners down different paths. The one partnership that always held was ours. So we built Willow Two Capital: just the two of us.
Willow
A name rooted in Scripture, where willows grow by flowing water and flourish season after season. It speaks to the faith our family builds on.
Two
For the two brothers behind every company here, and the partnership everything else is built on.

The operator and dealmaker. Shawn built and scaled the medical supply distribution business and leads the firm's real estate and hospitality investments, structuring deals and running operations.

The creative and growth engine. Stephen founded Risen Management, leading marketing, content creation, talent management, creator e-commerce and branded merchandise.
